Big Bag is a term used to describe FIBC bags. We have them with Eichinger. We also have the tools to make them usable as well. Our Big Bag Lifter makes lifting bags a safe process. Sometimes when bags have sharps in them, the bags get damaged and could fail as the structure is pulled into the sharp items. Our Big Bag Lifter causes the straps to pull straight up and without small D/d ratios. The combination makes the use of FIBC’s much safer for construction and industry. In Construction, Big Bags are used regularly by Landscapers and Ironworkers. Some of the items like rebar hooks for columns or beams have very sharp points. Pulling the lifting eyes in introduces cuts that could otherwise be avoided by the spreaders action that forces the bags to be lifted vertically as intended.
