Forklift Hopper Large Size
Forklift Hoppers rarely come up to these large sizes. But we have the options covered up to 6 yards. If you need a 4 Yard Hopper. A 5 Yard Forklift Hopper, or even a 6 yard Forklift Hopper, you should stop to look at the quality of our Forklift Tippers Model 2024 by Eichinger.
Quality Forklift Hoppers in Large Sizes
Quality is the number one complaint we get about hoppers designed by others. They come out of their tracks is the report we get. So what’s the solution? How about a closed hinge that can’t fall out? If you look at the side of our Forklift Hopper Large Size you can see the round bar hinge it rotates on. You’ll never get that shock that can un mount cheaper quality Forklift Hoppers.
Thoughtful Design
Thoughtful Design in Forklift Hoppers can make life easy. When your Forklift Hopper is this large, you need to help some of the processes. One of the places where we do that is in the return of the hopper to a locked state after dumping out. With smaller sizes a little push can get them to rock back and lock. This is not as reliable when you get to 6 yard Forklift Hoppers. Our solution is adding structure to make it easy. Not only does this structure make it easier to tip back into the locked position, it also adds stability at the front of the extra large forklift tipper.
Stability and Safety in the Base
If you’ve ever looked at the 5 Yard Forklift Hoppers others build, they can look a bit like they might fall over in a 10 mph wind. The bases are sometimes just over three feet wide while the top can be 10’ wide. We don’t find this to be a design aspect we’d like to offer our clients. We instead build a base that brings stability into the equation. The legs come out to the sides at the full width. It’s pretty hard for it to roll laterally. From the front they have the added legs that also help it tip back to the closed position. And at the rear, the fork pockets serve the stability needs as well. Eichinger has Safety and Stability covered.
Shipping Included
Shipping and tariffs are included at the size shown. These cost quite a bit to ship Ala Carte. They would have a lower price point if they were sold Ex Works from the factory and were sold with a larger shipment. The cost of shipping on the 6.3 yard version takes up enough of a container that going to a 20’ container would cost marginally more. It would make financial sense to order enough to fill up a 20’ or 40’ container to get wholesale prices on the attachments.
